Keynote Presentation

A Formula for Success

Putting Courage, Stability, and Leadership into action.

Do you have the courage necessary to take responsibility for inventing the future?  In light of what can seem to be a societal inclination toward divisive behavior, there is value in emphasizing that how things are done is just as important as what is being done.  Jon will share his inspiring thoughts and stories about critical leadership skills, problem diagnosis, appreciation for diverse perspectives, and action blindness.   Emerging leaders will be exposed to, and seasoned leaders will be reminded of, differences between solving problems and helping our communities & organizations thrive.
