Launching February 9, 2022
The JA Inspire Virtual Career Exploration Program is Junior Achievement’s capstone career development program for 7th-12th grade students brought to life by our region’s employers.
Using virtual technology, JA Inspire features an online career exploration event filled with local business exhibits providing downloadable career information and videos. Available at no cost to school systems, the JA Inspire program is adaptable for in-class or remote learning. Participants will have the opportunity to explore various career pathways, gain information on career entry and requirements, and access tips on professionalism and business etiquette.
We are excited to partner with Junior Achievement of Southeastern Michigan on this endeavor!
-
Satisfy state career exploration and pathway requirements for students by providing them an incredible virtual experience that is either self-guided or teacher facilitated.
-
Increase student knowledge of career pathways and pre-requirements needed for future success. Use this information to support participation in special programs, career technical education and after school initiatives.
-
Increase parental knowledge of career pathways.
-
Inspire and prepare the next generation for future success at Michigan companies, colleges and training programs.
-
Reduce the exodus of Michigan’s best & brightest youth to companies and careers outside of this great state.
