April 2017.  Accenture provided a grant to provide Career Success Programming for Freeland High School Students.  Students also participated in Mock interviews with community professionals, including Junior Achievement of North Central MI board members.

May 2017.  Junior Achievement loved United Bay Community Credit Union and our Volunteer of the Year, Jessica Holland!  Jesscia helped to Pilot JA North Central Michigan's first blended (1/2 digital, 1/2 paper) JA Personal Finance Program at Pinconning High School.  We can't wait to share this opportunity with other volunteers and high schools.

April 2017.  Siebert Elementary JA in a Day with local volunteers learning important lessons including the difference of needs & wants, consumers, products and goods and what a profit is.

April 2017.  Pete Stevens, Stevens Worldwide Van Lines and Mike Espinoza, Yeo & Yeo, deliver JA Career Success lessons to students at Freeland High School.

March 2017.  Adams Elementary School Students participated in an exciting Junior Achievement Job Shadow day with the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT).  Their hands-on lessons for the day included learning about traffic lights and a tour of under the Zilwaukee Bridge!
